- Information you give us — when you submit the contact form or book a demo: your name, work email, company, and the details of your enquiry.
- Usage data — aggregate, cookieless web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): pages viewed, referring source, and approximate region. No cookies, no advertising, and no individual profiles. See our Cookie Policy for what is stored on your device.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) retained briefly for security and reliability.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where required (e.g. under the GDPR), our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.
4. Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, under appropriate data-protection terms, and where required by law:
- Supabase — securely stores contact-form submissions in our database.
- Cloudflare — hosting/CDN and cookieless web analytics.
- Resend — sends us the email notification for your enquiry (only if enabled).
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
